Form design in Microsoft Access

Forms in Access provide an easy way for other users to edit and view your tables. Forms can also contain subforms, allowing you to show data from more than one table at the same time.

To help you decide whether you want to take this test, below is a typical question showing the sort of question that you might be asked.

You are creating a subform to show all of the members of staff within each department in a company in a scrolling list, but you don't want users of your form to be able to resize any of the columns in it.

Which is the best wizard to choose?

  A.   AutoForm: Datasheet
  B.   AutoForm: Columnar
  C.   AutoForm: PivotTable
  D.   AutoForm: Tabular
